NA gears on left. TT gears on right.

TT gear on left, NA gear on right.

Inner Gears.

NA Left, TT Right

Comparison:

Dead giveaway to know if its a Turbo or Non Turbo Pump. Turbos have 2 recessed provisions on the back plage. NON turbos do not.

The twinturbo pump shown is from a 90-93 and is the highest flowing pump by design compared to the NA. Some have stated that the 95-96 pumps "upgraded" for a better gear design however that is not the case. The original design and layout of the early model pumps 90-93 (Turbo) are the best you can use for all applications for the Z32. Oil pump springs are the same, relief valves are the same and the screw caps are all the same. Only difference is gear design/dimension and casings.

Hope all this disproves any myth or hearsay regarding these pumps.
